Malta is more inland-oriented than Saratoga Springs proper, with the major exception of Saratoga Lake waterfront. Pricing per square foot at comparable build quality is typically softer in Malta than in city-of-Saratoga inventory, but Saratoga Lake shoreline pricing is its own market entirely.
