Rexford is a hamlet at the southern edge of the Town of Clifton Park, with its own postal address but the same town government, tax structure, and Niskayuna or Shenendehowa school overlap depending on the parcel. Some MLS listings file under "Rexford" and some under "Clifton Park". Searching both gives the complete inventory picture.
Northway access cuts the commute to Albany / Albany Med to roughly 20–25 minutes, which is meaningful for the executive buyer pool. It's less impactful for retiree or work-from-home buyers, who increasingly compete on the same inventory.
